Scheduled - Level365 will be performing proactive system hardware maintenance to maintain platform redundancy and ensure continued reliability and optimal performance. There should be minimal disruption to services during this maintenance window.

As part of this maintenance, the UDP media relay port range used for voice services will be expanded from 20,000–27,999 to 20,000–39,999. In most cases, outbound traffic is not restricted and no network changes will be required. However, customers with firewall or security policies that restrict outbound traffic to specific port ranges should update their configurations accordingly. If you are unsure whether your network has these restrictions, please consult your IT administrator.
